 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

I

Applicants for Admission into the MBA Professional Programmes 

(i)

Shall normally be Graduates of the Olabisi Onabanjo University or any other Senate approved University with not less than a Second Class (Honours) ,Lower Division in  any Discipline .

(ii)

Holders of Postgraduate Diploma in any relevant field in addition to a Third Class University  Degree recognized by the Senate of Olabisi Onabanjo University or Higher National Diploma  in any field may also be considered for admission. 

(iii)

Holders of Higher National Diploma with not less than Lower Credit  or a Third Class University degree in any field  with  a minimum of Three (3) years Industry working experience may also be admitted into this Programme.

(iv)

Holders of Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ACIB, ACS, CIIN ACIPM with PGD may also be considered for admission

II

Applicants for Admission into the Executive MBA Programme

(i)

Shall normally possess not lower than Second Class Honours (Lower Division) Degree of the Olabisi Onabanjo University or any other Senate approved University in any Discipline. 

(ii)

Holders of Postgraduate Diploma in any relevant field in addition to a Third Class University  Degree recognized by the Senate of Olabisi Onabanjo University or Higher National Diploma  in any field may also be considered for admission. 

(iii)

Holders of Higher National Diploma with not less than Lower Credit  or a Third Class University degree in any field  with  a minimum of Three (3) years Industry working experience may also be admitted into this Programme.

(iv)

Holders of Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ACIB, ACS, CIIN ACIPM with PGD may also be considered for admission.

(v)

All applicants for the Executive MBA programmes must have a minimum seven (7) years Industry working experience,  two (2) years of which must have been at least at the Middle Management cadre/level.  The programme is specifically designed for experienced practionners, managers and business executives in the industry requiring higher education/training to further sharpen their skills, build, and expand their networks. 

E.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION 

(i)

All the MBA Programmes in the University require a minimum of Five (5) O’ Level Credit passes  including  Mathematics and English at not more than two sittings.

(ii)

For admission into any of the Programmes, possession of National Youth Service Corps (N.Y.S.C.) Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate. is compulsory.

(iii)

All applicants except Graduates of Olabisi Onabanjo University, are to request their Alma Maters to forward the Academic Transcripts of their Undergraduate Degrees or Higher National Diploma to the Director, Olabisi Onabanjo University Business School,(OOUBS), Ago-Iwoye , not later than  Thursday 29^th May,  2025 

(iv)

The Qualifying Examination/Interview for all modes of the Programmes will take place  at the OOU Business School Building, Ago-Iwoye Campus at 10.00 a.m. on Friday, 30^th   May,  2025.

F.

(iii)

The original copies of all credentials and photocopies should be brought along for verification during the Qualifying Examination/ Interview  as scheduled.
